A four bedroom home in Kallangur, north of Brisbane in the Moreton Bay region, has been sold by mortgagees for $400,000.

It had last sold at $430,000 in 2015.

Located at 33 Beerwah Parade, the home comes with four bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining, and kitchen with quality appliances and breakfast bar.

Other features include ducted air-conditioning throughout, private under-roof outdoor entertainment area and double remote garage.

It situated in a central location that’s handy to shops, day-care, schools and shops.

Liam Booker at LJ Hooker sold the home.

The suburb's median house price sits on $382,500 according to CoreLogic.
