Mirvac are holding a ballot for the the first VIP release of 44 homes at its masterplanned community Brighton Lakes in Moorebank, part of the 300 homes built on a portion of the Brighton Lakes Recreation and Golf Club overlooking the Georges River.

Sales open Saturday September 5. More than 500 prospective buyers have registered their interest and paid a deposit to go into the first ballot draw.

The 300 Mirvac Ready Homes are a mix of three to five bedroom one and two-storey, attached and detached homes plus two-bedroom “Fonzie apartments” designed with first home buyers in mind.

Two bedroom Fonzie apartment from $529,900

Three bedroom from $709,900

Four bedroom from $774,900

Five bedroom from $924,900
