All of the busiest suburbs for auctions this week are in Victoria.

REservoir tops the list with 22 homes set to go under the hammer, followed by Camberwell with 18 scheduled auctions, while Brighton and Kew will host 16 auctions each.

The priciest listing in REservoir is an Ayr Street home (top) which has a price guidance of $900,000 to $990,000. It hasn't traded for over four decades.

The two level home with five bedrooms last sold in 1976 when it fetched $14,500.

Ray White's Ian Dempsey and John Catanzariti marketed the home as having one of the best views in REservoir.
