A penthouse in the luxury Melbourne Square development in Southbank, has sold for $3,434,000.

The four bedroom penthouse sits in the part of the 68 level tower called The Coulture Series, which begins from level 55 through to 68 and offers the three to five bedroom apartments.

The Coulture Series apartments can be tailor by the buyer before the apartment constructions begins, in collaboration with Cox Architecture, Carr Design and HUB Furniture.

The 64 level penthouse that just sold has four ensuited bedrooms and large living and dining areas with views across Melbourne.

CBRE director Andrew Leoncelli secured the sale. 

Melbourne Square is being developed by OSK Property on Southbank's Kavanagh Street. There will be a 3,700 sqm park and retail precinct, anchored by Woolworths, which also includes a number of restaurants.

Two bedroom apartments start from $701,000 which qualifies buyers for the 50 per cent stamp duty savings. Three bedrooms start from $1,161,000.

For a limited time, buyers of two or three bedroom apartments can secure a Life & Style Edition package worth over $30,000, which includes Coco Republic furniture, integrated DARWIN by Delos wellness technology, Samsung white goods and a voucher for The Plant Society.
