Melbourne leads nation in private treaty home sales: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne leads the country for the number of homes sold under private treaty at 3,432 houses with the median price hovering around $604,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

Sydney leads the country for units, with 1,675 being sold at a median of $670,000.
