Melbourne has the lowest preliminary clearance rate since February: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne had the lowest preliminary clearance rate since February for the week ending August 23, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

According to the CoreLogic RP Data Property Market Indicator Summary, the preliminary auction clearance rate across the combined capital cities was 74.1% from 1,784 reported results.
