Melbourne Docklands townhouse tops week's sales with $6.1 million price

Melbourne's Dockland topped the week's top sales, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

It was a townhouse that fetched $6.1 million.

The five bedroom South Wharf Drive property located at the end of a row on the Yarra's Edge has four levels.

City Residential Real Estate Docklands agent Glenn Donnelly had it for sale at $6.4 million since late February.

It last traded at $6.65 million in June 2011 off the plan setting in August 2012.

It was available for rent in early 2014 at $2400 a week by its Mulgrave investor.
