Median Canberra property prices sit between $400,000 to $600,000: CoreLogic

Median properties in Canberra can cost between $400,000 to $605,000, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that units in Canberra have a median price of $400,000 while houses come around a $605,000 median.

This puts Canberra as the third expensive locality to purchase a house, with Sydney and Melbourne above it.

However it is also the third cheapest locality to purchase a unit with Adelaide and Hobart units being much cheaper.

A three bedroom house at 9 Holtermann Place, Charnwood (above) has been listed for $510,000 plus.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 62 Hollows Circuit, MacGregor (below) has been listed for $439,000 plus.
