Mascot apartment most affordable in Sydney at weekend auction

A one bedroom apartment in Mascot was the weekend's most affordable property in Sydney after it's $430,000 auction sale.

The property that was last traded for $223,000 in 2009 comes with a large living area and a master bedroom with built in robes.

The property comes with a price appreciation of 10.05 per cent.

The first floor unit at 1/105 High Street comes with a car space and is a short walk to shops and public transport.

Mascot is seven kilometres south of the Sydney CBD.
