Located on the southwest coast of Western Australia, a Mandurah four bedroom house has been sold by mortgagees for $235,000.

It was sold by Keith Prevost from Harcourts earlier this month.

It had last sold at $140,000 in 2003.

Positioned on an 830 sqm block, the 15 Kingdon St house comes with three bedrooms, a large living area with a games or dining room to the rear and re-fitted bathroom.

Other features include reverse cycle a/c to main living areas.

The Western Australian home is close to central Mandurah, train station and Caterpillar Park.
