The property last sold for $155,800 in 2010.

The house spent two out of the last four years on the market.

Scott Bockmann of Ray White marketed the property.

Situated at 11 Viewbank Crescent, the abode comprises three bedrooms, one bathroom and a two car garage.

Set on a 945 square metre block, the recently painted home is described in the listing as ideal for a first home buyer or retiree.

Built in 2008, the DA for the home and additional carport construction were valued at $89,000 and $9,500 respectively.

From 2015 to 2017, the home was listed with an asking price of $190,000 reduced to $175,000.

In this most recent campaign the house sought $165,000.
