Luxury Mosman residence sold for over $8 million

The luxury Mosman residence at Stanley Avenue sold at auction for $8,460,000 today. 

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property sold through Simeon Partners whose price guide was $6.5 million.

According to Richard Simeon, "over the course of the campaign, we had 178 enquiries, 106 inspections, 21 contracts issued, 11 bidders, and one delighted vendor."

Balmoral Beach-front residence is situated on 600 sqm of prime land and was offered to the market for the first time in over 37 years.

The tri-level double brick residence features an outdoor multi-entertaining area that overlooks the swimming pool and beach. 

All bedrooms are set on one level with two bedrooms facing the ocean view. 

The residence also has a timber finished kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop, a gas fireplace, wine cellar, double lock-up garage, and extensive storage space.
