Lucent, North Sydney apartments "first time offered" marketing

Offering VIP access for those registering in their “first time offered” marketing, North Sydney’s Lucent offers 211 apartments spanning 17 levels.

The $200 million Lucent development from Greenland holding group, marketed by CBRE, includes one, two and three bedroom apartments are available from $528,000, many of which have parking.

It has city and harbour views and has interiors from architectural firm Turner Studio.

Facilities include a rooftop infinity pool, a rooftop garden and an outdoor barbecue area. It also has a fully equipped gym and deck.

In April, Greenland launched the second sales stage of their Greenland Centre development after all 300 apartments offered in the first sales release have been sold.

It was the Chinese company's first development in Australia, with Lucent representing their second Sydney offering.
