Lockyer Valley, Somerset, Ipswich resale losses still rampant: CoreLogic RP Data pain gain report

The level of loss-making resales has fallen across Brisbane during the March 2105 quarter and are now at their lowest level since April 2011.

According to the CoreLogic RP Data pain gain report, Brisbane's losing resales totalled 9.6%, down from 10.3% the previous quarter and down from 10.9% when compared to the same period last year.

Resale losses were felt hardest in the Lockyer Valley (24.3%), Somerset (18.2%) and Ipswich (17.2%).
