Listings sits lower than last March: CoreLogic

The number of total listings across Australia is lower than this time last year, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that the total number of listings is down in all capital cities compared to 12 months ago.

There are seasonal issues such as Easter at work on the volumes.

This is despite an increase of new listings by 14.3% over the past 12 months.

Hobart has the biggest decline of total listings, down by 27.5% despite an increase of 13.1% in the number of new listings.
