The Hotspotting columnist Terry Ryder has nominated Langwarrin, as “the nation’s most consistent market” in his latest report.
Langwarrin is a suburb of Melbourne, located 42 km south-east from Melbourne's central business district.
Property Observer went to check it out.
A recent sale in Langwarrin was a Rubida Drive three bedroom house which has been sold for $550,000 (pictured below).
