A Pymble two bedroom house has been sold at auction by mortgagees for $1.49 million with 16 registered bidders

It was sold by Mark Blake and Stephen Sales from Luschwitz Real Estate Pymble. 

Set on a large 733sqm block, the house at 45 Lofberg Road is ready for renovation or rebuilding. 

It comes with two bedrooms, one bathroom and one car space. 

It is close to the Bicentennial Park, Kendall Street Shops, Macquarie Uni and West Pymble Public catchment area.

The suburb's median house price sits at $2.35 million, according to CoreLogic.
