Kingston unit stock level rises by 37%: Investar
Kingston has notched up the biggest increase in unit sales stock in the ACT, according to Real Estate Investar’s recent report.
The property investment firm says that Kingston’s unit stock has grown by 37% over a year ago.
This is followed by Greenway with 16% and Braddon with 8%.

A two bedroom unit at 23/10-12 Howitt Street, Kingston (above) has recently sold for $465,000. It had listed for $478,000. The selling agent Moira Maloney of Maloney's.
