Kingscliff townhouses showing biggest growth among NSW waterfront localities

Kingscliff, the coastal suburb just south of Tweed Heads, has ranked top one of biggest quarterly mover among NSW waterfront localities.

According to Real Estate Investar, the property data firm says the four quarter average median townhouse price growth by 8.77%.

This is followed by Tweed Heads with 8.14% and Rushcutters Bay with %7.71.
