The top sale of the week was a parkside home in KEW on approx 1,618sqm of land with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

This architect-designed three-level residence, with 38.1m park frontage to Kellett Reserve, at 15 Park Lane, Kew (Above) sold for $6,910,000 through Kay & Burton Hawthorn
