Melbourne's most expensive weekend auction sale was a $4.65 million 1920's home in Kew.

The extended four bedroom bathroom family home was sold by Dave Oster and Scott Patterson of Kay & Burton Hawthorn.

The 1700 sqm property comes with a tennis court.

Located at an elevated position, 4 A'Beckett Street offers views of the CBD and is a short walk to Kew Junction shopping, cafes, public transport and private schools.
