A site with permit for 13 luxury apartments in Melbourne's prestigious Kew East suburb recently sold for an undisclosed sum through Savills.

According to the site's description, 1375 Burke Road offered an opportunity to acquire "a prime site in one of Melbourne’s premium suburban locations".

The 780 sqm site is zoned General Residential Zone 5.

The location is close to schools, retail and there are several projects under construction nearby.

The site was put up for sale through James Lockwood, Julian Heatherich and Jesse Radisich of Savills.
