A South Australia cherry farm in the heart of the premium fruit growing region, Kersbrook, has been listed for sale. 

Set 34 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD, Kersbrook Cherry Farm spans 41 hectares.

It is planted with 17 cherry varieties, across more than 17,000 trees, plus 2,200 pear trees and a 1.2 hectare vineyard planted with Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. 

CBRE Agribusiness agent Phil Schell has been appointed by Kersbrook Cherry Farm Pty Ltd, which is operated by two private families.

Offers over $2,750,000 are due by August 25.
