It was listed by Soha Sheila and Chris De Celis of The Avenue Real Estate Agency, Castle Hill

The family home at 90 Lucas Circuit comprises four bedrooms, study, rumpus room and low maintenance backyard. 

Set on a 484sqm allotment, the home also features ducted air conditioning and new carpet throughout. 

It is located close to metro station, Kellyville Village and schools. 

The property was last sold for $950,000 in 2016.
