The first apartment development in Attadale, located at 54 Canning Highway has been listed by Mark Hay.

The apartment block was architecturally designed by Machin Architects and features 30 one-and two-bedroom apartments and four top floor penthouses.
 
There is also a private, resident use only, 20,000 square metre garden designed by Jamie Durie and his team at Durie Designs at the rear of the building.
 
Around 45% of the property has already sold off the plan.
 
The medium price for a unit in Attadale is $470,000 according to CoreLogic RP Data.
