Inner South West Sydney region scores 88% weekend auction success: CoreLogic

The Inner South West region of Sydney had the highest auction clearance rate on the weekend, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that out of the 100 auctions in the Inner South West 88% resulted in a successful outcome.
This is followed by the City and Inner South with 83.8% and Ryde with 83.3%.
The Central Coast had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 44.4% of its 18 auctions cleared.
A four bedroom house at 22 Waratah Street, Croydon Park (above) was sold on the weekend for $1.72 million.
Similarly a four bedroom house at 10 Trevenar Street, Ashbury (below) was sold on the weekend for $1,717,500.
