Inner Melbourne stakes prelim auction clearance of 69.5%

The inner region of Melbourne holds a preliminary auction clearance rate of 69.5% from a total of 206 auctions for the week ending 23 August 2015, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Property Market Indicator Summary.

Melbourne's inner east had 150 total auctions with a clearance rate of 78.3% and the outer east a total of 59 auctions with a clearance rate of 78.7%
