Inner Melbourne hits preliminary clearance rate of 86% CoreLogic RP Data

Inner Melbourne had a preliminary clearance rate of 68.0% from 253 total auctions, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Property Market Indicator Summary for the week ending 30 August.

In the inner south region, 168 properties went to auction -  a clearance rate of 87.2%.
