A Homebush West, New South Wales mortgagee home has sold at auction for $510,000.

The apartment is one of 10 in a boutique block and went under the hammer without a price guide.

Last sold for $445,000 in 2014, the home sold for a tidy profit.

SItuated at 3/30 Hampstead Road, the two bedroom one bathroom home is located near both Flemington and Homebush train stations.

Joe Bousimon of Belle Property marketed the abode.

The home was built in 1977 and has been listed as a rental multiple times in recent years. 

It sought $380/pw in 2013 and that increased tt $430/pw in 2016 and $450/pw in 2018.

The median price for a unit in Homebush West is $550,000, according to CoreLogic data.
