A two bedroom one bathroom Hermit Park mortgagee unit has seen its listing slashed an additional $20,000 in just two months.

In early May the apartment had been listed at $149,000, however it was recently reduced to just $129,000 in mid June after being reduced to $139,000 later in May.

This marks a $77,000 reduction on its previous sale price.

Dayne Watson and John Bowen of First National hold the listing.

Situated at 1/18 Armstrong Street, it is part of a six apartment complex.

Set on 55 sqm, the property comes with a lockup garage.

Last sold in 2008, the property transacted for $206,000.

The median price for a home in Hermit Park is $342,000, according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as -3.6%.
