The offer, understood to be $470,000, came after just 28 days on market.

Located at 17 Prunus Place, in a cul de sac, the house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a double garage.

There also an in ground pool, and turfed back yard area.

the total block comprises 1,008 square metres.

It last sold in 1998, for $172,500.

It was built in 1996.

Richard Lowenhoff and Jessica Macarthur, from LJ Hooker Midland, had the listing.
