Golden Age secure $80 million in Sky One apartments off the plan

Developer Jeff Xu's Golden Age sold of the second stage of its Sky One residential project in Box Hill.

It sold more than $80 million worth of apartments on Saturday.

Last month at the launch for Sky One Box Hill some 85 percent of the apartments on offer sold for $140million.

Thousands came through the display suite which had to be kept open for several extra hours on both days to cope.
