Around $2.5 million has been achieved on the Glebe terrace that was passed in at weekend auction.

It has been converted into five self-contained apartments, so the freestanding terrace was set to attract investor interest.

It comes with marble fireplaces, timber floors and high ornate ceilings.

McGrath agent Michael Glynn had the listing at 38 Toxteth Road, having given pre-auction $2.5 million price guidance.
