Geelong auction market remains strong

The Gold Coast region was the busiest non-capital city region last week, with 53 auctions; however Geelong recorded the strongest clearance rate at 80 per cent, according to CoreLogic.

A townhouse in Geelong sold at auction for $461,000 (pictured below).

The home was sold by Peter Fort from Whitford.

The 12/203-207 Little Malop Street unit offers two bedrooms, central bathroom and open living with private courtyard.

Located in the heart of Geelong CBD, it is within walking distance of Westfield, restaurants, parkland, the waterfront and the hospital precinct.
