Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty has secured the services of auctioneer Gavin Croft, who has 17 years of real estate experience, conducting more than 7000 auctions across Australia and New Zealand as both a licensed sales agent and/or auctioneer.

Queensland Sotheby’s CEO Paul Arthur said Croft will strengthen the synergy between the company’s auctioneers and agents.

“We offer a complete package of real estate services, including delivering premium auction events for our clients,” Mr Arthur said.

Croft, a two-time New South Wales Auctioneer of the Year, said it was a privilege to assist a commanding global brand in the representation of the most unique and distinguished properties.

“We’re starting to see a rise in the sophistication of Brisbane’s auction culture and I think there’s a real demand for both auctioneers and agents to understand how to execute a high-performance auction."

Croft, now Brisbane-based, has been with BresicWhitney with whom he still conducts auctions.
