It sits on the Central Coast, 90 minutes north of Sydney.

Located at 84 Katoomba Avenue, the 575 sqm property is in close proximity to shops and public transport.

It last sold in 2003 for $225,000, doubling in price over the 14 years.

The property has new flooring throughout the living area and the there is also a combined kitchen/dining room.

The lounge room has its own air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Other feature includes a single carport with drive through access to rear.
