The former Wallabies coach Ewen McKenzie and Sally McKenzie have their Coogee penthouse listed for November 10 auction.

The two level apartment that comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and four car spaces last traded at $2,825,000 when bought off the plan in boomtime 2010.

Settlement after construction came in early 2012.

It failed to sell at auction in October last year, languishing unsold for the past year.

Its recent price guidance had eased just prior to the new auction campaign from $2.6 million plus to $2,575,000 plus only last month.

The Coogee Bay Road apartment has been listed through Ballard Property last month.

The 385-square-metre spread is in a block of eight, which technically sits in Randwick, but is marketed as Coogee.
