Ray White Group has more than 135 auctions scheduled across Australasia this Saturday, with numbers lower than normal as most states enjoy the Queen's Birthday long weekend.

One of the auctions is a split level Mediterranean style home at Flagstaff Hill, South Australia with views over the Sturt Gorge.

It has been listed by Michael Love and Sam Gonlen from Ray White Flagstaff Hill with a price guide of $770,000.

Described as a Tuscan salute to perfection, the three tier home at 28 Ironbark Avenue was built 20 years ago by the current owner with trails at its real doorstep.

The house comprises three bedrooms, formal lounge and dining room, open plan kitchen, cellar room and large workshop/garden shed.

Surrounded by gardens, other features of the house include ducted heating and cooling, full security with video links, ducted vacuum and a carpeted carport.

"It is an undiscovered gem and it'll put the discerning bidders in a box seat to get an amazing property," said Ray White Flagstaff Hill agent Michael Love.
