All 10 townhouses in the Ashton Park development in Victoria's Burwood sold out in the first release, totalling $10 million in sales.

The Ashton Park townhomes are designed by Ascui & Co. Architects and BHC Property.

The final stage of Ashton Park will be released on the weekend of the 29th – 30th of April.

Leonard Teplin, projects director, Marshall White, said prices int he development start from $859,500

“Ashton Park is the type of development in the type of location that lends itself to a young owner-occupier market,” he said.

“The majority of purchasers were in their mid-30s or younger; some had a young child in toe while others were starting to plan for a family.

“From the highly-sought after school zones and leafy streets, to the transport links and local amenity, Burwood is a suburb with an inherent value that isn’t lost on younger buyers.”

The development, on the corner of Finch Street and Burwood Highway, features three and four bedroom townhouses.

There are rectangular framed exteriors and multi-level, open-plan interiors.
