Multiplex has completed the $550 million Upper West Side development at 33 Rose Lane in Melbourne's CBD, with the development of $160 million Tower Three (Stage 4).

Designed by architects Cottee Parker, Tower Three (Stage 4) spans 52-levels and includes 641 apartments, as well as a large retail arcade, communal pool and gymnasium.

Completion of the podium landscape area to Tower Three is expected by mid-November.

The landscape zones have rock climbing facilities and trees.

Residents moved into a section of the building whilst minor construction continued on the upper levels.
