An Elizabeth Vale three bedroom house has been sold by mortgagees for $200,000.
There had been a price guide of $205,000.
The South Australian home, with freestanding sleepout, was sold by agent Ken Loft from Harcourts.
It had last sold at $175,500 in 2015.
The 28 John Rice Avenue house came with three bedrooms, a carport and separate W.C. and laundry.
According to CoreLogic, the suburb's median house price is $240,000. It is 27 kilometres north of the Adelaide CBD.
