A 1903's Queen Anne Style Edwardian residence in Sandringham has been listed for sale.

The 37 Tennyson Street property is scheduled for auction on September 12 through Kay & Burton Bayside.

Located 500 metres from Sandringham Beach the two-storey home has been fully restored and extended.

Set on 1070 square metre with a 24.4 metre frontage, the house has a perfectly preserved façade along with bluestone driveway. 

A northern dining terrace sits alongside a glass-framed heated swimming pool. 

The property was last traded in 2003.

The median price for a home in Sandringham is $1,262,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
