Located at 25 Clarendon Street, the home on a north-facing block comes with two bedrooms, separate dining, and secure parking.

A current offering is a 1910 Edwardian three bedroom house with the indicative selling price between $1.15 million to $1.25 million.

The house at 7 Union Street, Armadale (pictured below) comprises of three bedrooms, living with open fireplace, bright kitchen, and sun room.

Other features include the courtyard garden, secure carport parking and high ceilings. 

It is close to Armadale Station, Glenferrie Road shops and cafes, and Armadale Reserve. 

The suburb's current median house value sits at $2.02 million, some 23% down over 12 months given the stock on offer has not included the typical prestige listings. 

There have been 90 or so sales in the past 12 months which is around 20% fewer than in recent years.
