Brisbane had the nation's cheapest result when mortgagees sold at Deception Bay.

Located 32 kms north of the CBD, the $305,000 sale was a two storey three bedroom home.

It was listed through Leigh Chippendale at Professionals.

It last sold a$48,350 in 1994.

The 22 Monarch Drive, Deception Bay is a three bedroom home situated on a 720 square metre parcel of land.

It features a kitchen with a new stove alongside ample cupboard and bench space for meal preparation.

There is a two way bathroom, large lounge room with internal stairway downstairs to double car accommodation, and an internal laundry and workshop/entertaining area.

The suburb's median house price sits on $355,000 according to CoreLogic.
