It came with a price guide of $460,000 to $500,000.

Situated at 28 Bellbrae Crescent, the home last sold for $330,000 in 2013 a making a loss on it's previous sale.

It sold for $365,000 in 2011.

Set on 641 sqm, the listing describes the home as a "fantastic first home or investment."

The median price for a house in Cranbourne West is $516,277, according to CoreLogic data.
