Craigieburn set for bumper auction weekend
The REIV is expecting about 1,140 auctions in 335 suburbs this weekend.
The top auction locations this week are Craigieburn (22), followed by Preston with 17 and Northcote and Reservoir with 16 auctions.
A Craigieburn three bedroom house has been scheduled for auction on May 5 with a reserve price of $470,000 (pictured above).
It is presented by Don Jayawardene from Ray White.
