Craig Kimberley relists Kalimna, Port Douglas

The spectacular nine-pavilion mansion Kalimna overlooking the Coral Sea on Flagstaff Hill in Port Douglas is back on the market. Property Observer gleans over $7.5 million is being sought.

Craig and Connie Kimberley, whose family founded the Just Jeans Group, are selling their hilltop retreat, which is on more than 4000 square mere block with sea views.

Designed by architect Christine Vadasz, it has nine separate pavilions cascading down the hillside and linked by walkways, stone pathways and an inclinator.

The property has a 25 metre infinity-edge pool with a serene teahouse pavilion, bordered by water gardens fed by a waterfall.

The Muphy Street offering is within easy walking distance of Port Douglas's Macrossan Street and Four Mile Beach, and is a 90 minute drive from Cairn's international and domestic airports

Tony McGrath of The Pink Company agency has it with Chrisities International agent Ken Jacobs and Darren Curtis.

Property Observer gleans the Kimberley's paid $530,000 in 1993.
