Cowra and Deniliquin second cheapest NSW locality for units: Investar

Cowra is the cheapest locality in New South Wales to purchase a unit, according to Investar’s latest May report.

The property investment firm says that the median price for a unit in Cowra is $135,000.

This is followed by Corowa and Deniliquin with $140,000 and Narooma with $142,000.
