Hindmarsh’s $41 million 18-level  residential tower is undergoing construction, with a crane currently visible on the Sydney CBD site.

The development, Aspire, is in the southern part of the CBD, near Hyde Park, and is being built by Hindmarsh Construction. It is almost 100% sold.

Hindmarsh NSW state manager development, Steve Laffey, said that it is an important addition to their Sydney portfolio.

“The project has been successful in appealing to buyers at a time when demand for quality apartments in the CBD remains robust,” said Laffey.

Including 48 apartments, it will include a podium level to Alberta Street. The two- and three-bedroom apartments, of which the majority are north-facing, have been selling from $840,000. They come with secure parking.

It is set for completion in December 2014.
