Jinding Developments have commenced construction on a new master-planned community in Armstrong Creek, in partnership with Yolk Property Group and landowners, the Harkness family.

Its pricing starts from just $180,000 and maxes out at $314,000, with sizing between 221sqm to over 550sqm.

According to Jinding’s Liz Ronson, Harriott’s urban design, fantastic amenities and natural environment have been proven by the community’s strong sales.

The announcement follows the start of the City of Greater Geelong’s $4 million upgrade works on the wetlands.

The project, Harriott at Armstrong Creek, will deliver a sustainable community nestled next to Sparrovale Wetlands, located 10 kilometres from Geelong.

The first 81 blocks of the 659-lot community are expected to be delivered by mid 2021.

It aims to cater to significant population growth anticipated for Geelong.

The community’s future offerings will include 140ha of open space, central parklands and regional sporting facilities.
